A new variety of the mineral beryl – chromaquamarine – has been discovered.

A diagram of beryl varieties has been devised  – “Beryl colour circle”.

“Colour memory” of beryl has been established.

When heated, with increasing the increased temperature,  fading of colour of golden beryls and heliodors has been established.  

Regularity of a change in colour of beryl when heated has been established.
